Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes — cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Venmo, PayPal, Square, or credit/debit card. We accept all major cards. Payments are processed securely.
What happens to my emails if I downgrade? +
Your emails are always safe. If you downgrade, you keep access to all your email but AI features return to free limits. Storage above 250MB becomes read-only until you clear space.
How does the custom domain work? +
Pro users can connect their own domain (like yourname.com) and get email at that address. We handle all the DNS and hosting — just point your domain to us and you're live in minutes.
